Provo City Center Temple Box

This marks the first time I have constructed a temple box before its namesake has been completed, but I have been watching the progress on the conversion of the Provo Tabernacle to the Provo City Center temple and could not wait to render a temple box in its honor. This temple box was a challenge with its complex four-gabled roof. The Provo City Center temple box is constructed completely of pine, except for its platform, which is birch plywood. It measures 4” x 6¾” x 7”, and has a box capacity of almost just over 24 in³. The Provo City Center temple box is comprised of 27 parts.
